Francky Jacques Adjobi-Attoubou
Owner Francky has more than 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, and has managed some of top end restaurants in South Africa. These include Mouna Restaurant Belgium Cuisine , La Brioche Doreé in Sandton City, Sankayi Restaurant in Rosebank and Al Dente Ristorante Italianos in Sandown where he was the restaurant manager. He also worked at Gatrilles, as a wine connoisseur under the mentorship of Michele Morand. He later set up a wine export business partnering with seasoned wine farmers in the Western Cape, South Africa’s wine province. Francky is fluent in both English and French.
